Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have general office administrative experience, including processing accounts payables and accounts receivables in QuickBooks, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, as well as filing, basic knowledge of excel, word and Outlook email. Must be organized and detail-oriented, and able to work in a professional office environment.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Minimal overtime required.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Time Reporting.

Acts with integrity: Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior

Preferred Qualifications

Computer-Savvy: Experience to include QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Accurate data entry skills are a requirement.

Customer Estimates and Invoicing, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables experience preferred.

Detail-Oriented: Self review is key in a small office, producing a quality work product, creating trust from team members.

Communicates Effectively: Communicates clearly and concisely; keeps others informed and listens carefully to input and feedback. Know your audience when communicating.

Time Management: Able to complete tasks on time, and know when to ask to help.

Self-Starter: Another requirement in a small office. Able to start and finish assigned tasks without constant supervision.

Must have ambition to grow.

Organizational skills are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
