We are members of the BBB, NKBA, and NAIR. Licensed by the Arizona register or contractors as a residential general contractor and we also carry a plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical

The following is the ideal candidate. We are a growing company and are looking for the following person.

Experienced Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Bookkeeper

Has experience working for a residential remodeling company as Office Manager, Project coordinator and Bookkeeper.

Know and understand how to use Buildertrend – our management software

Know and understand QuickBooks. – A must!

Any design programs like Chief Architect or 20/20 are a plus.

Assist the Owner of the company.

o Prepare Reports.

o Payroll.

o P & L and Job Cost and more

Professional in appearance and demeanor.

We have a new showroom to work from located at Alma School and Red Mt (202) Freewa.
