Facilities Assistant Leading Biotech Contract Manufacturer

FOOT IN THE DOOR Opportunity to join a leading biotech/life science and medical industry contract manufacturer in North San Jose. You will be responsible for ensuring the building and area is safe, clean and maintained. This is a PT position located onsite in North San Jose. The ideal candidate will have the following:

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

HS Diploma or equivalent

Previous facility maintenance experience and/or custodial preferred

Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing and electrical)

Mechanically inclined

Troubleshooter and problem solver

Motivated, organized and detailed

Reliable and able to work independently or in a team

Lift up to 50# and perform physical tasks
