Customer Relations/Office Admin Team Members

We have openings for two (2) office team member positions. Must have a positive attitude, willingness to work and get the job done, demonstrated creative problem solving on the job, desire to continue learning/growing in responsibilities, understands customer relations/service and have experience of delivery operations and invoicing. Positions will be interacting on a constant basis with Customers, Warehouse, and External Sales Team so demonstrated strong communication and computer skills are a must. Both positions are full time, M-F with two starting times: 7:00am-4:00pm, and 9:00am-6:00pm with some flexibility and possibility for overtime.

Responsibilities and Skills Required would be as follows:

Work as a team providing daily coordinated direction to other Team Members

Address issues with customers as they may develop

Work with and take direction from the Branch Manager to build and operate the most efficient and accurate Office Team

Work with the corporate A/R Department

Instill the company values in daily operations

Work with Corporate Directors and take on special Admin Assist assignments when requested

Perform the same tasks as other Customer Relations Office Staff when required

Demonstrated 5 years’ experience minimum in Office Customer Relations purchasing and invoice processing

Managing orders for all accounts

Taking orders from customers and sales team members via phone, email, or fax.

Input all orders into the CSD computer system and process from start to finish

Scanning/filing invoices

Handling fleet mileage paperwork when requested

Assist with paperwork of fleet maintenance and repair

Skills required:

Strong and proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web, and graphic generation software

Detail focused and well organized

Good communicator and personable

Experience with CSD or other computer system software for the processing of orders and deliveries

Team oriented mindset

Ability to learn quickly and take on added responsibility
