Office assistant
We are looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant with accuracy and efficiency in some bookkeeping tasks. This is an in-person position requiring 15-20 hours a week for 3 days a week.
Generate accounts payable, create bills. Record credit card transactions.
Computer competency using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Words. Particularly Quickbooks Online
