BARBACK & BUSSERS NEEDED

We are an American Soul Food restaurant and bar! We are conveniently located in the Carrollton/ Addison area - Bent Tree Mills shopping center between Marsh Lane and Trinity Mills rd.

A barback's duties include:

Stocking supplies, cleaning, and helping bartenders. Barbacks are often on their way to becoming bartenders.

Stocking

Restock liquor, beer, wine, and ice

Replenish garnishes

Stack napkins and straws

Replace empty kegs

Bring glassware back from the dishwasher

Cleaning Clean and organize the bar, Clean up spills and broken glasses, Sweep and mop floors, Wipe down high-touch surfaces, and Empty trash receptacles.

Helping bartenders Assist with taking orders, Assist with food delivery, Help with pre-bussing, and Ensure bartenders have everything they need.

Work Hours range - Monday thru Friday 12:00pm to 12:00 am

Saturday 11am to 2am

Sunday 10am to 10pm
