Full Time Bookkeeper
Full-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper – Real Estate Development
We are a dynamic and growing real estate development company seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of the company’s financial records.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Handle insurance policies/ workman’s comp audits
Reconcile monthly credit card statements
Vehicle registration renewals
Send monthly invoices/statements to tenants
CAM charges
Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and job cost accounting.
Coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings and financial audits
Maintain organized financial records and ensure accurate data entry
Requirements:
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (real estate or construction industry preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
