Administrative Assistant/ Coordinator
Medium sized facilities management company is looking to add to its growing team! We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant.
Experience in the facilities/ Maintenance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service
Email management
Accepting & inputting work orders into our work order management system
Coordinating work flow
Processing and digitally filing paperwork
Updating clients on work order status's
Generating and submitting invoices to clients
Following up with clients on past due invoices
Ordering and organizing office supplies
Assisting the service manager as needed with field techs that are on job sites
Candidate must be professional, timely, and self motivated.
