Seeking Maintenance Technician for Property Management Company

At least 3 years of experience working in residential home repairs

Plumbing knowledge to address leaks; clogs; or other drainage issues

Knowledge in handling power tools such as multi-tools; jigsaw; nail guns; etc.

Friendly, professional, and great communication skills

BILINGUAL SPANISH IS A MUST

Driver’s license with clean record.

Monday through Friday with bonus when handling weekend coverage

We provide tools and company van.
