Commercial Construction Carpenters & Superintendents

Blade Contracting is looking to add several more commercial carpenters and superintendents. We are a traveling general contractor. We have a lot of work coming up in the mid-west region, as well as many projects in Louisiana. Our projects range in length from a couple weeks to up to 6 months.

We work 60 hr. weeks, Mon-Sat. We pay overtime after 40 hrs. $30/day per diem. Personal hotel room provided. Carpenters will need their own transportation. We reimburse travel expenses, and pay hourly wage for drive time to and from the job location. Superintendents will either provide their own truck and be paid a truck allotment, or we can discuss using a company truck to haul our tool trailers. Valid drivers license is required.

We specialize in commercial remodels. Our employees can expect to complete demolition, minor concrete work, framing, sheathing, acoustical ceiling, trim carpentry, setting cabinets/equipment, etc. Carpenters of all skill levels are encouraged to apply.
