Customer Service / Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service logistics specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Process and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo. Air Freight experience and TSA Certification a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
