Customer Service Specialist for E-commerce Small Business

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of Bogar Tech Designs, helping increase customer experience through pre and post-sale support. You’ll play a critical role in generating and retaining revenue through positive customer interactions aimed at building trust and ensuring our customers feel valued. Your adaptability, problem-solving skills, and self-driven attitude will help you meet KPIs and contribute to your and our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and turn every interaction into a positive experience by making customers feel valued and supported at every step.
- Manage customer returns and address product-related questions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products to effectively address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer resolutions.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and product issues to improve customer experience.
- Develop proactive strategies focused on building sustainable customer relationships and business growth.
- Maintain a sales-oriented approach to retain customers and create upselling/ cross-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate adaptability in assisting with duties beyond the defined role when business demands.
- Use shipping and fulfillment software to manage orders and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated initiative and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Automotive, vinyl wrap, or PPF knowledge preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
