3 YRS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE (minimum)

2 YRS EXCEL and MICROSOFT WORD EXPERIENCE (minimum)

ABLE TO MULTI-TASK

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support Associate is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:

Incoming calls / Outbound calls to and with spanish speaking customers

Customer assistance/complaints

Account changes (DDA/DBA/Address/Phone/Legal changes)

TAX ID validation

Account Closures/ Notations

Chargeback/dispute notifications

Batch reports

Refund request

Paper order

Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects assigned
