Fiberglass pool install

I'm looking to install my own fiberglass pool and pay someone a management fee to assist in the install. I'm not looking for a laborer, I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing and I will pay for that experience. If you've installed fiberglass pools along with a hot tub attached to it and you'd like to send me a bid the pool is 13 by 25
