We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning/inspections to final inspection. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Supervise and manage onsite crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency and safety.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.

Develop project timelines and ensure they are adhered to, making adjustments as necessary.

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project communications.

Provide training and support to team members regarding technical and safety aspects of roofing work.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus!

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
