Dynamic Capital has opened a state of the art office in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and is currently interviewing candidates for Entry Level Sales Representative.
Position Overview: Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people? If so, we want you to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping to drive sales and build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is not required, but a strong desire to pursue a career in sales is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential customers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Commission
