We’re searching for a Roofing Sales Representative (Roofing & Exteriors – Residential) who enjoys driving business, finding innovative solutions, and delivering great customer service. You have experience in a customer service sales environment

You are high-achieving, ambitious and results-orientated

You’re comfortable pivoting as situations change and can move the sales process forward

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

Representing The Edge Contracting with our potential clients and helping them through the sales and insurance process.

Building your referral network to create future business.

Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners.

Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes.

Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for The Edge Contracting.

Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships.

Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training

COMPENSATION

Job Type: Full-time

Commission

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Ability to work with minimal supervision after training

Upbeat positive attitude

Strong Communication skills

Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps

High school or equivalent (Required)

Ability to use ladders for inspections

Organized and able to follow processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Paid training

Compensation Package:

Monthly bonus

Uncapped commission

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
