Position: Dishwasher/Food Prep

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, Open Availability

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient dishwashing station.

Assist in food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.

Follow food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.

Familiarity with food preparation tasks and basic culinary techniques.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
