Full-Time Administrative Assistant – Financial Advisory Firm
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy financial advisory office in Golden Valley. This full-time, in-office role (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Contribute to company reports
Maintain an organized filing system
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Answer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional client service
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and seminars (including using Calendly)
Manage daily office workflow and maintain Redtail CRM (training available)
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or mortgage processing is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
