Location:Durham, North Carolina

Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating night emergency on call)

Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulations.

Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.

Must have own toolbox.

Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks.

Positive attitude with a helpful demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and pass a Background Check.
