What You'll Do About the Role: Swing Floor Manager We are searching for a passionate, dedicatedSwingManagerthat can travel from store to store to help support and lead our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing our concept, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service in a lively, fast-paced setting at all of our locations in Los Angeles. This position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays—we’re looking for team members who are excited to be part of the action when the restaurant is at its busiest. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and cocktails, even if you’re still developing your experience. We want to mold enthusiastic team members into hospitality leaders! Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming environmentwhere every guest feels special, from the moment they walk in until they leave. Lead a team of hosts, servers, and beverage staffduring each shift, ensuring all service standards and operating procedures are met. Add positive energyto the daily operations of the restaurant, bringing enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude to the team. Develop a strong partnershipwith our chefs and kitchen team, fostering a harmonious relationship between the front and back of house. Assist in the hiring process, helping to identify and onboard new front-of-house team members who align with our values and brand. Understand and managerestaurant costsincluding product receiving, invoice entry, and inventory tracking. Managelabor and scheduling, ensuring compliance with labor laws, break policies, and overtime regulations. Develop a good working knowledge of thefinancial aspects of the restaurant, including PCL, petty cash, and inventory reporting. Handle customer service duties such as reservations, large-format orders, and our exclusive Fusilli Club. Take responsibility formaintaining cleanlinessand overseeing regular cleaning projects to ensure a spotless environment for guests. Who You Are Hospitality-Driven: You are genuinely excited about making people feel welcome and valued. A love forfood, wine, and cocktails—you don’t need years of experience, but a passion for learning is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability tomanage and inspire a teamin a high-pressure, high-volume environment. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative setting and are ready to support your teammates, especially during busy shifts. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle challenges with a calm and positive demeanor. Desire to learn and grow as a leader, with a love for coaching and developing others Ability to worknights, weekends, and holidaysto support the flow of our all-day, every-day operations. ServSafe Manager Certificationand Anti-Harassment Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, reach, and engage with guests for extended periods.
