We are actively looking for a Sales Manger/Trainer in the state of Massachusetts. Our company works directly with NRG, one of the leading electricity providers in the country. This position requires a working manager with the ability to write their own orders, build and train their own sales teams via Kiosk sales and face to face interaction with potential customers. Action Consumer Marketing is a well established company with excellent opportunities for all levels of experienced sales reps and sales managers due to our outstanding growth over the past year.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and sales reps.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive your own success in a commission-based environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate peak shopping times.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, educate them about the benefits of choosing their own electricity supplier, and guide them through the process of switching their electricity supplier at no cost to them.

Engage and Educate: Proactively approach customers at our kiosk to introduce them to our products and services

Consult and Recommend: Assess customer needs and recommend personalized solutions that align with their goals and budget.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Compensation

This is a commission based position with the opportunity to easily make 100k plus per year.
