Host Person Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Host Person is to greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. All duties must be performed in compliance with company policies, Nevada state labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly in a welcoming and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with guests in person and over the phone.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to accommodate guest preferences, including special requests or dietary needs.
Follow company procedures for maintaining a clean and organized host station.
Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
