Apartment Maintenance Staff

Must have experience in handling maintenance issues in an apartment complex or same set-up, including installation of cabinets, plumbing issues, electrical issues, painting or assist in remodeling, doing flooring (hardwood or tiles), troubleshoot simple A/C issues.

Must be professional, reliable and is able to work independently or work with a team.

Bilingual is a plus.
