We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily operations. This is an opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to play a key role in a high-quality, service-driven restaurant with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of hospitality and service.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining efficiency and smooth service.
Hire, train, and develop staff to uphold service standards and company culture.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational budgets to meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
Implement and refine service protocols to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to uphold brand reputation.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies for growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional guest service abilities and a passion for hospitality.
Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (Toast experience preferred).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
