We are a five-person investment-banking company located near the John Wayne Airport for over 30 years. During that time, we have financed and developed nearly $3 billion in construction projects in various industries. Through our marketing efforts in the U.S. and abroad, we identify foreign investors to provide financing for commercial and real estate projects in the United States.

Many of our investors are wealthy Vietnamese individuals or families seeking to obtain a U.S. ‘Green Card’ by making investments that create jobs through the U.S. government-sponsored EB-5 Investor Visa Program.

Essential Duties:

1. Your primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day administration of a five-person office.

2. Your duties will be to answer phones, order supplies, perform clerical and computer tasks, assist with assorted projects, greet guests, and manage the other myriad details to make the office operate in an organized, professional and efficient manner.

3. You will act as an in-office travel agent responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of any business travel – both domestic and international travel.

4. You will assist in organizing any events, seminars, and presentations.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Ability to work without specific day-to-day tasks or direction but able to recognize and act on issues requiring attention.

2. Experience and competence in the use of basic computer platforms and operating systems - MacOS, iPhone, Microsoft Word, Excel.

3. Exhibit a positive attitude and can-do initiative and spirit. Look for ways to take on new responsibilities and recommend improvements.

4. Be proficient in English and able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
