Kelly Landscaping Hiring Mowing/Landscape Crew Leader

We are currently hiring lawn and landscape crew leader for the 2025 season (starting in March).

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have at least 1 – 2 years’ experience

Ability to work outdoors in all elements

Strong work ethic, accountability, and consistency

Knowledge of and ability to operate a variety of equipment

Attention to detail

Positive attitude

Starting pay rate: $20/HR; Based on experience.

Pay frequency: direct deposit only and paid every Friday (weekly pay).

Paid time off

Holiday Pay

Potential raise after three-month evaluation

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Day shift

Overtime (if needed)
