Looking for two landscape laborers for a small landscape design/installation business. The company is mostly owner operated and has been in business for 17 years. This position could have opportunities for advancement as the company grows and develops.

The work is mostly installing landscape designs/plans. This includes but is not limited to planting, stone/hardscape work, patios, retaining walls, walkways, shrub removal, planting, tree planting, weeding, mulching, and boulder installation. The work can be very physically strenuous, it is beneficial if you are able to tolerate lifting 50-100lbs often. Machines can be used whenever the job permits. If you are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, that would be great. You must have a state drivers license and reliable transportation.

The company has an emphasis on high quality work. You will be asked to perform landscape tasks to a very high quality level. This will be assessed and critiqued upon starting. As time goes on you will eventually be working with minimal supervision throughout the day.

We can guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week from April-November. Some weeks may have 40-50hrs of work per week depending on rain and work load. Longer hours may be available if you are willing to work more. Due to the companies’ size, we currently do not offer higher pay for overtime hours. You will be paid as a private contractor and therefore will receive a 1099NEC at the end of the year. The company does not currently offer any benefits.

Pay will range from $20-25 per hour to start. Pay raises may be available depending upon performance and long term interest.
