What you get to do in this role:Collaborate with Digital GTM leadership to identify, prioritize, develop, and implement enablement strategy and planning.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for early-in-career sellers, including product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques, and business acumen.Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of trainers & enablement professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth through team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).Utilize various modalities, including workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions, to accommodate diverse learning styles.Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidence.Leverage global programs when applicable to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.Hub-based, aligning with the office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
