Outside Sales Representative $100,000+ Pay!

About the Role

We're seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying and connecting with contractors who can benefit from our comprehensive electrical, solar, and home automation services.

Key Responsibilities

Canvas designated territories to identify and engage with potential contractor clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors in the construction industry

Present our full range of services including electrical, solar installation, and home automation solutions

Conduct initial consultations and gather requirements for potential projects

Track and manage leads through our sales pipeline

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and potential opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $25 per hour

Commission Structure: Average $8,000 per month (based on securing one major contract per week)

Gas Reimbursement: All work-related travel expenses covered

Company Car: Provided after successfully bringing in 6 contracts

Full-time position with growth opportunities

Requirements

Previous experience in outside sales or construction industry preferred

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (initially)

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively

Basic understanding of construction, electrical, or solar industry preferred
