ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

"Must have 3 years Sushi Chef experience."

Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.

Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.

Set-up and break down workstation.

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

Monitor food quality while preparing food.

May assist by performing other kitchen duties as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals.

May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Japanese speaker

Must have authorized work in the United States
