=Overview=

We're seeking a Manager to join our Dispensary team. The position is part-time to start, and will transition to full time after training is complete.As Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, achieve store sales goals, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

=Duties=

Manage all dispensary operations.

Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, discipline and supervise dispensary staff. Ensure staff continue to meet high customer service and sales standards. Issue write-ups for infractions, and report major/ongoing issues to upper management. Find covers for unexpected call-offs, and pick up the shift if a cover can't be found. Foster a positive and constructive work environment.

Marketing: Use marketing channels, including email/text campaigns, banners, and online presence to bring customers in to the store.

Sales Goals: Ensure sales goals are met, leveraging promotions, marketing, and optimized budtender performance. Run reports and analyze records to identify ways to increase profitability.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including sourcing, ordering, intake, and auditing. Maintain accurate records.

Cash Handling: Maintain strict cash handling procedures, oversee EOD reports, and investigate discrepancies.

Budtending: Utilize point-of-sale system to process transactions. Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Other tasks deemed necessary by you. Actively taking charge of all aspects of the store's operations, treating it as if it were your own business, ensuring smooth operation.

=Skills=

▪️Sales/Retail Management background REQUIRED

▪️References REQUIRED

▪️Experience meeting sales goals and sales techniques

▪️Excellent etiquette and communication skills

▪️Ability to lead and motivate a team

▪️Ability to source and manage inventory

▪️Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and inventory management

▪️Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems

▪️Open availability strongly preferred.

=Base Compensation and Performance Bonus=

This position offers a base wage of $20-$27 per hour based on experience. At the end of each sales period, a Manager who has meet or exceeded targets set for the period is eligible to earn a significant tiered bonus, depending on the sales level reached.

In addition, all staff members receive a 40% discount on regular-priced inventory purchases.
