Office Manager (F/T)

Under the supervision of the Program Director, this position provides administrative support to our Transition Age Youth Housing Programs, including:
Providing administrative support to program staffAccounting tasks and bookkeeping duties as assigned, including co-managing program financesMaintaining a welcoming and organized Transition Age Youth Resource CenterCo-managing youth center services with the Resource Center CoordinatorTraining new staff on center and office procedures and policiesSupporting the Program Director and Housing Director with contract complianceGrant application and management supportYou are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have:
A passion for working with young adultsExperience in supporting Transition Age Youth population (ages 16-24)The ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectivelyThe ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a teamStrong computer skills including Google Office Suite, Microsoft OfficeA commitment to embody TLC’s mission and valuesTwo plus years of experience in an office management positionExperience in various aspects of administrative and accounting dutiesCA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation provided)The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test and drug screen.Bilingual in Spanish preferredAs part of our team you will receive:

Starting wage range: $22.16 – $24.21 depending on years of experience.
