Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing client bills, tracking reimbursements, and ensuring timely payments for clients. You will play a key role in overseeing financial transactions and supporting the overall financial management of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee financial records for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and manage the billing department, ensuring all client -invoices and billing inquiries are processed in a timely manner.
-Receive, process, and pay all approved client bills.
-Make online payments or issue checks for clients' bills as needed.
-Record and prepare client income checks for deposit.
-Track reimbursements and issue payments.
-Maintain up-to-date records for all transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
-Provide regular updates on financial status to team, clients and other involved parties.
-Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless financial management.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in billing, financial processing, or a similar role
-Strong understanding of financial management
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Client billing and accounting knowledge
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to process and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality
-Must be available to work 30-35 hours/week
