What you should know: Mulberry has with a local production company in SW Portland to hire an AP/AR Specialist! This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and be adept at managing multiple responsibilities.

A day in the life:

-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

-Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.

-Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

-Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring data integrity.

-Prepare and issue invoices to customers and statements as needed.

-Handle inquiries from vendors and customers regarding payments and invoices.

-Assist with all financial procedures and account reconciliations.

-Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports.

-Support the finance team with additional tasks and projects as required.

-Front desk and other administrative duties.

-Other duties as necessary.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

2+ years of AP/AR experience

Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Problem solving and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.

Previous experience in agricultural or related industries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: $25-$28/HR annually with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, FSA, PTO, and more!
