Above all else you are a well qualified residential HVAC service tech.
Your goal is owner/operator.
You will conduct business like a "new start-up" independent and self employed except
you'll receive prime service calls and sales leads and you will utilize an installation crew.
Percentage of gross on service tickets. Commission on installation sales.
All HVAC business goes through the company(no side jobs)
Take over operation within a year, ownership in five years or less.
You need a EPA certificate and registration and you'll need a contractors license within a year.
