CHEF/COOK POSITION

Cafe and Catering Chef/Cook Needed for Busy Small Cafe on Boathouse Row.

-Must be Honest

-Must have Valid Drivers License

-Must Possess Excellent Customer Service Qualities

-Must apply in person

Seasonal Position From March to November unless Catering Continues throughout the winter.

Responsibilities

-Must be able to Independently Prepare Foods for Cafe and Catering Jobs.

-Must be able to follow a Recipe.

Learn to use Square, our POS system.

Take customers orders, politely and efficiently.

Learn to fill customers tickets, by making sandwiches, serving soups and hot foods. Using the correct portions and guidelines as trained.

Maintain the Bain Marie and Merchandiser in café with stock and keep up with inventory.

Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.

Must Possess or Complete Serve Safe Certification

Participate in either opening or closing procedures.

Requirements

Able to stand at least 8 hours.

Fast learner with strong work ethic

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely and organized workflow.

-Good knife skills

-Must be Organized

-Would love a Clean Freak

-Non-Smoker
