AUTOMOTIVE SHOP MANAGER

AUTOMOTIVE SHOP MANAGER - - Tacoma Automotive Repair and Tire Shop is looking for a Reliable and Experienced Shop Manager. Must have 3 years of current experience with Excellent People and Sales Performance Skills, Knowledge of Automotive Repairs and is Self Motivated. You'll be responsible for shop sales and growth while managing all areas of the shop from administration to customers, technicians, shop flow and sales.

Responsibilities:

Assist and Oversee:

Meet, Greet and Service Write customers

Answer Incoming phone calls

Sell needed repairs

Up Sell preventive maintenance

Daily administration duties

Cleanliness of shop, showroom & bathrooms

Train & manage Service Advisor

Inventory Control; ordering, restocking and parts returns

Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls and internet

Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle

Explain to customers about services performed, price information and warranties

Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand
