Description:

Looking for a reliable individual to help maintain 3-acre property in exchange for a reduced rent.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Basic tasks: lawn mowing (lawn equipment including zero turn riding mower provided), blowing off outdoor decks of 4 houses, clearing downed limbs/vegetation after storms. Informing landlord of concerning issues involving property. Feeding property cat when landlord isn’t on-site.
