The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee our commercial roofing service division. You'll be responsible for managing service teams, coordinating repair and maintenance work, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the scheduling and execution of service calls, leak repairs, and maintenance contracts

Managing and developing service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency

Communicating with clients to assess service needs, provide recommendations, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies

Tracking service revenue, job profitability, and operational efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:

We'll know we've found the right person when service work is completed efficiently, revenue targets are met, and customers consistently return for additional services. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of experience in service management within the construction or commercial roofing industry

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term client relationships

Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance programs
