MAINTENANCE PERSON NEEDED

Location: Aldea Condominiums (Belleair Beach, Florida)

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our condos.

10 hours a week, Monday and Thursday AM.

Some duties include but not limited to changing out light bulbs, checking the sprinklers, cleaning up the pool deck, cleaning up sand, light carpentry and general grounds maintenance.
