Hero Coffee Bar looking for Store Manager/Team Leader

Popular Breakfast spot in Lakeview (Hero Coffee Bar) looking for a Store Manger/Team Leader to take over the day-to-day operations. Must be someone with previous management experience, an owner-operator mentality, and preferably someone with coffee knowledge but not a pre-requisite.

Ideal Candidate:

Will need at least 1- 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or fast casual

Can enforce policies and procedures

Can work 35 - 40 hours a week

Weekend availability required

Can lead a team of 10 or more

Work with weekly budgets to hit targets

Must be able to work all stations including kitchen

Commit to Monthly manager and store meetings

This company is looking to grow and open more locations so ideally looking for someone interested in long-term commitment.
