What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist customers with booking party rentals via phone, email, and in-person
✅ Use strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales opportunities
✅ Follow up on previous quotes to secure bookings
✅ Identify upsell opportunities and suggest add-ons to enhance customer experiences
✅ Help manage rental schedules, invoices, and customer records
✅ Support general office operations, including answering calls and responding to inquiries
✅ Process payments and assist with QuickBooks invoicing
✅ Provide top-notch customer service to ensure repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service (event industry a plus!)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-driven and confident in closing deals
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing (or willingness to learn)
