Immigration Paralegal
We are a small office with a focus on O-1, NIW and EB-1 cases, mostly in the arts. Also family based adjustment applications. Our clients are mostly Japanese and Chinese so fluency in these languages is valuable. We need a responsible detailed oriented paralegal to support our remote and in-house staff by drafting forms I-129/I-140, and printing, assembling, scanning and reviewing large packets. The paralegal will also be responsible for calendaring deadlines, updating our case tracker, inputting receipt numbers into USCIS case tracking system, preparing Adjustment/consular applications, and monitoring cases once they have been shipped out. Other duties include preparing letters of engagement from templates and handling some invoicing. We use Cerenade immigration software. The paralegal must have a bachelor's degree and at least one year's experience in business immigration and familiarity with the basic immigration processes. Fluency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus. Flexible hours. Please send detailed resume. No recruiters.
