Plaintiff Personal Injury Receptionist (3+ years experience)

We are a successful, rapidly growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm focused on construction accident cases and workplace injuries, and negligence cases that include motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Our firm has a reputation for impeccable client service, getting to know our clients and advocating zealously on their behalf.

As the receptionist, you will be our clients' first point of contact and play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence in both Spanish and English.

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining attorneys' calendars.

- Assisting with legal document preparation and filing.

- Managing and organizing case files and documents.

- Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.

- Interacting professionally with clients, counsel, and medical staff.

- Assisting with client intake and gathering initial case information.

- Maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment.

- Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing mail.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.

- Familiarity with legal terminology and basic understanding of legal processes.
