Maintenance Duties

General Maintenance: Be on-site 4-5 times weekly to maintain grounds, handle work orders, respond to emergency's, afterhours calls, and ensure smooth operations.

Property Maintenance: Clean hallways, laundry rooms, dog stations, garbage areas, and regularly walk the property.

Landscaping: Regular cleaning and landscaping to maintain the property’s appearance.

Repairs: Address damages, including structural issues, plumbing, and servicing appliances (ovens, refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters).

Unit Vacancies: Make sure are units are ready and safe for new tenants, show vacant units to possible tenants, and collect/deposit rent checks when required.

Snow Removal: Anticipate snow days and ensure timely shoveling, plowing and salting.

Coordination: Work with contractors and manage deliveries as needed.

Maintenance/Super will report directly to the Property Manager

Owning personal equipment, such as tools and a truck with a snowplow and living in the area is preferable
