Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.

Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.

Upsell products and services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.

Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.

Experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively.

Knowledge of technology sales is preferred, enabling you to understand product offerings thoroughly.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $65,061.00 - $200,000 per year
