Commissioned Sales Professional - High Commissions with Residual
iBOS USA Remote Insourcing is looking for an aggressive sales professional to work remotely in the United States. Ideally, we want someone with a large network of business contacts. It is easier to bring aboard clients if you already have connections. We do not provide sales leads but we do offer an extremely attractive commission structure for those who have connections and can convert those to clients.
Our sales program is designed so our sales professional can make a very high 6 figure income while having residual income for life. If you are not making 100K+ after 1 year with iBOS USA, you are the wrong person for the job. All income is residual. (See commission structure below)
iBOS USA remote Insourcing provides remote top-tier, bilingual, entry level talent from the Dominican Republic to US based companies in any industry. We solve the most prominent staffing pain points - finding high level, motivated talent and retention of this talent. We are not a call center or a BPO. We bring quality candidates to our clients to interview, hire, train, and manage as they do now, in the US, while drastically reducing their payroll costs. We are the much needed evolution of off-shore staffing.
Our commissions structure is as follows:
$160 residual per month, per position, ongoing residual for as long as you live and we are in business.
Example: If an Account Manager brings aboard a new client that wants 10 insourced employees that Account Manager will make $1600 monthly in perpetuity. We would like to see Account Managers bringing in clients to fill 60 new positions per year – which would be $115,000 the first year in perpetual residuals. If 60 positions are filled the next year it would be $230,000, in perpetual residuals and grow each year from there. If the Account Manager leaves or retires the ongoing residuals stay with that individual for life.
For this reason, we do not offer a base salary. If you want it – go get it. And we make it well worth your while. (It is not easy! Or else it would not pay so well.) We only want the best of the best.
