Property Maintenance Technician

Reliable Properties is looking for an experienced handyman who is ready to level up by

managing their own property portfolio ranging from historical properties to new construction

to commercial spaces.

The ideal applicant would have experience in both vacant and occupied home maintenance

repairs, a customer-based attitude and efficient time management. Experience in full remodels

would be a major bonus. Ability to make basic property repairs and/or efficiently troubleshoot

and work with local contractors as needed.

Full carpentry duties required but not limited to:

- installing/removing flooring of all types

- drywall repairs

- interior prep and painting (exterior painting is a bonus)

- basic plumbing repairs and ability to troubleshoot and/or work with a local plumber as needed

- basic electrical repairs: installing light fixtures, ability to trouble shoot and/or work with a local

electrician when needed

- basic appliance repairs & ability to troubleshoot and/or work with a local specialist when needed

Exterior duties but not limited to:

- snow removal

- mowing/weed removal

- general landscape repairs

- maintenance repairs such as windows, doors, siding and/or ability to work with a local specialist when

needed

This position requires a personality that is proactive, able to prioritize and re-evaluate tasks constantly

and ensure quality work. Duct tape and bandages won’t work here! Our maintenance technician will be

provided office space, tools, etc. Must provide your own reliable vehicle.

This position will be responsible in responding to any emergency-level maintenance requests 24/7 (extremely low & rare).
