SMALL SNACK SHOP MANAGER

Samurai Inc. is looking for someone reliable and responsible, who can deliver great customer service!

Requirements

- Able to handle and count money.

- Computer Literate - able to learn a basic POS system

- Must have the ability to stay on your feet for the duration of your scheduled shift

- Must be able to climb stairs, bend, kneel and stretch without resistance

- Must be punctual and reliable

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook) preferred

- Basic knowledge of Instagram preferred

- Customer service background preferred

Responsibilities

- Interact with customers by taking their orders and delivering friendly customer service.

- Keep retail area cleaned and fully stocked

- Create and manage promotions and specials

- Update social media platforms daily and engage with our followers

- Invoice sales into our accounting system weekly

- Help out in other production-related tasks when needed (package snacks, etc.)

We're looking for someone friendly and creative who can treat the little store like it's their own!

This position is expected to work 8-hours per day, five days a week (day-shift).
